كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • أمبيسيلين: يشبه البنسلين في تأثيره القاتل للبكتيريا الحساسة أثناء مرحلة التكاثر النشط؛ ويعمل بتثبيط تخليق جدار الخلية (النشرة الأمريكية).بنسلين أميني (مضاد بكتيري من مجموعة بيتا لاكتام)
  • سولباكتام: يثبط بشكل غير عكوس طيفًا واسعًا من إنزيمات بيتا لاكتاماز؛ نشاطه المضاد للبكتيريا منفردًا ضئيل (عدا النيسريات) لكنه يعيد فعالية الأمبيسيلين ضد السلالات المنتجة لبيتا لاكتاماز (النشرة الأمريكية لـ Unasyn).مثبط لإنزيمات بيتا لاكتاماز
  • Ampicillin: Similar to penicillin in its bactericidal action against susceptible bacteria during active multiplication; acts through inhibition of cell-wall biosynthesis (US label).
  • Sulbactam: Irreversibly inhibits a wide range of beta-lactamases; has little useful antibacterial activity alone (except Neisseriaceae) but restores ampicillin activity against beta-lactamase-producing strains (US Unasyn label).
