الآثار الجانبية
- Common: mild transient hypotension and skin flushing (histamine release). Uncommon: bronchospasm. Rare: urticaria. Very rare: anaphylactic/anaphylactoid reactions including shock, circulatory failure and cardiac arrest. - High rate (>50%) of cross-sensitivity between neuromuscular blocking agents; caution in patients hypersensitive to other neuromuscular blockers. - Should be used only by adequately trained individuals familiar with its actions, characteristics and hazards. Severe, sometimes fatal anaphylactic reactions to neuromuscular blocking agents have been reported. - أتراكوريوم بيسيلات: حاصر عصبي عضلي تنافسي غير مزيل للاستقطاب؛ يتعطل بإزالة هوفمان والتحلل المائي للإستر بشكل مستقل عن وظائف الكلى والكبد.حاصر عصبي عضلي غير مزيل للاستقطاب (بنزيل إيزوكينولينيوم، مركب أمونيوم رباعي)
