- Common: mild transient hypotension and skin flushing (histamine release). Uncommon: bronchospasm. Rare: urticaria. Very rare: anaphylactic/anaphylactoid reactions including shock, circulatory failure and cardiac arrest. - أتراكوريوم بيسيلات: حاصر عصبي عضلي تنافسي غير مزيل للاستقطاب؛ يتعطل بإزالة هوفمان والتحلل المائي للإستر بشكل مستقل عن وظائف الكلى والكبد.حاصر عصبي عضلي غير مزيل للاستقطاب (بنزيل إيزوكينولينيوم، مركب أمونيوم رباعي)
- Atracurium besilate: Competitive (non-depolarising) neuromuscular blocker; inactivated by Hofmann elimination and non-specific ester hydrolysis, independent of renal/hepatic function (Irish SmPC).
