• Hypersensitivity to tramadol or excipients; acute intoxication with alcohol, hypnotics, analgesics, opioids or psychotropics; patients receiving MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping; uncontrolled epilepsy; use for narcotic withdrawal treatment.International label, same formulation

• Use with particular caution in opioid dependence, head injury, shock, reduced consciousness, respiratory centre/function disorders and raised intracranial pressure. Concomitant benzodiazepines or other sedatives may cause sedation, respiratory depression, coma and death.International label, same formulation
