كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- إربيسارتان: يحجب بشكل انتقائي ارتباط الأنجيوتنسين 2 بمستقبل AT1 فيثبط تأثيراته المضيقة للأوعية والمحفزة لإفراز الألدوستيرون.حاصر لمستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين 2
- هيدروكلوروثيازيد: يزيد إخراج الصوديوم والكلوريد عبر الكلى فيقلل حجم الدم داخل الأوعية.مدر للبول من الثيازيدات
- Irbesartan: Selectively blocks the binding of angiotensin II to the AT1 receptor, inhibiting its vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects.
- Hydrochlorothiazide: Promotes renal excretion of sodium and chloride, reducing intravascular volume.
