- إربيسارتان: مضاد انتقائي لمستقبل AT1.حاصر لمستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين II
- هيدروكلوروثيازيد: يثبط ناقل الصوديوم-الكلوريد في الأنبوب الملتوي البعيد.مدر تيازيد
- Irbesartan: Selective AT1 antagonist; blocks angiotensin II vasoconstriction and aldosterone effects.
- Hydrochlorothiazide: Inhibits Na-Cl symporter in distal convoluted tubule.
