كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • أبيراتيرون أسيتات: يتحول في الجسم إلى أبيراتيرون الذي يثبط إنزيم CYP17 في الخصية والغدة الكظرية ونسيج ورم البروستاتا فيقلل إنتاج الأندروجين.مثبط لتصنيع الأندروجين (مثبط CYP17)
  • Abiraterone acetate: Converted in vivo to abiraterone, which inhibits 17 alpha-hydroxylase/C17,20-lyase (CYP17) in testicular, adrenal and prostatic tumour tissue, lowering androgen production.
