كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- حمض الأسيتيل ساليسيليك (أسبرين): يثبط إنزيمات الأكسدة الحلقية (COX) بشكل غير عكوس عن طريق الأسيتلة، فيقلل تخليق البروستاجلاندينات (تأثير مسكن وخافض للحرارة ومضاد للالتهاب)، ويمنع في الصفائح الدموية تخليق الثرومبوكسان A2 طوال عمر الصفيحة (7-10 أيام) مما يثبط تجمع الصفائح.ساليسيلات؛ مضاد التهاب غير ستيرويدي (مثبط غير عكوس لإنزيم الأكسدة الحلقية)
- Aluminium aspirin: Irreversibly inhibits cyclo-oxygenase enzymes by acetylation, reducing prostaglandin synthesis (analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects) and, in platelets, blocking thromboxane A2 synthesis for the lifespan of the platelet (7-10 days), which inhibits platelet aggregation.
