كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • أرتيكين: يمنع توليد النبضات العصبية وتوصيلها بتقليل نفاذية غشاء العصب للصوديوم.مخدر موضعي من نوع الأميد
  • إبينفرين (أدرينالين): ناهض لمستقبلات ألفا وبيتا؛ في محاليل المخدر الموضعي يسبب تضيقاً وعائياً موضعياً يبطئ الامتصاص ويطيل التخدير.محاكي للودي (ناهض لمستقبلات ألفا وبيتا الأدرينالية)
  • Articaine hydrochloride: Blocks generation and conduction of nerve impulses by reducing sodium permeability of the nerve membrane.
  • Epinephrine (adrenaline): Alpha- and beta-adrenergic agonist; in local anaesthetic solutions it causes local vasoconstriction, slowing absorption and prolonging anaesthesia.
