كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

أميودارون: يطيل جهد الفعل القلبي وفترة الحران (تأثير الفئة الثالثة) بحجب قنوات البوتاسيوم في عضلة القلب؛ كما يحجب قنوات الصوديوم عند المعدلات السريعة وله تأثير مضاد للودي غير تنافسي ويبطئ التوصيل العقدي (تأثيرات شبيهة بالفئات الأولى والثانية والرابعة).مضاد لاضطراب النظم من الفئة الثالثة (مع خصائص الفئات الأولى والثانية والرابعة)

Amiodarone hydrochloride: Prolongs the cardiac action potential and refractoriness (class III effect) by blocking myocardial potassium channels; also blocks sodium channels at rapid rates, has non-competitive antisympathetic action and slows nodal conduction (class I, II and IV-like effects).
