فالسارتان: يحجب تأثيرات الأنجيوتنسين 2 المضيقة للأوعية والمحفزة للألدوستيرون على مستقبل AT1.حاصر لمستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين 2
هيدروكلوروثيازيد: يزيد إخراج الصوديوم والكلوريد عبر الكلى فيقلل حجم الدم داخل الأوعية.مدر للبول من الثيازيدات

Valsartan: Blocks vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II at the AT1 receptor.
Hydrochlorothiazide: Promotes renal excretion of sodium and chloride, reducing intravascular volume.
