Sarangiot plus 160/12.5 mg film-coated tablets (valsartan 160 mg + hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg), pack of 10, by Unipharma (Egypt); fixed-dose angiotensin II receptor blocker/thiazide diuretic combination for hypertension.

كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • فالسارتان: يحجب تأثيرات الأنجيوتنسين 2 المضيقة للأوعية والمحفزة للألدوستيرون على مستقبل AT1.حاصر لمستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين 2
  • هيدروكلوروثيازيد: يزيد إخراج الصوديوم والكلوريد عبر الكلى فيقلل حجم الدم داخل الأوعية.مدر للبول من الثيازيدات
  • Valsartan: Blocks vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II at the AT1 receptor.
  • Hydrochlorothiazide: Promotes renal excretion of sodium and chloride, reducing intravascular volume.
