  • زافيرلوكاست: مضاد انتقائي وتنافسي لمستقبلات الليكوترينات السيستينية يقلل وذمة المجاري الهوائية وانقباضها والالتهاب.مضاد لمستقبلات الليكوترين
  • Zafirlukast: Selective, competitive antagonist of cysteinyl leukotriene (LTD4/LTE4) receptors, reducing airway oedema, smooth-muscle constriction and inflammation.
