  • ليفوكارنيتين (إل-كارنيتين): جزيء ناقل طبيعي ينقل الأحماض الدهنية طويلة السلسلة عبر الغشاء الداخلي للميتوكوندريا (النشرات الأمريكية لـ Carnitor).كارنيتين (مشتق حمض أميني؛ عامل غذائي/استقلابي)
  • Levocarnitine (L-carnitine): Naturally occurring carrier molecule that transports long-chain fatty acids across the inner mitochondrial membrane (US Carnitor labels).
