كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- جنتاميسين: قاتل للبكتيريا؛ أهم تأثيراته تثبيط تخليق البروتين البكتيري على مستوى الوحدة الريبوسومية 30S، كما يؤثر في سلامة الغشاء البلازمي واستقلاب الحمض النووي الريبي (النشرة البريطانية لقطرة الجنتاميسين للعين/الأذن).مضاد حيوي من مجموعة الأمينوجليكوزيدات (قاتل للبكتيريا)
- بريدنيزولون: يرتبط بمستقبلات القشرانيات السكرية فيثبط التعبير الجيني الالتهابي.قشراني سكري
- Gentamicin: Bactericidal; its most important effect is inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis at the level of the 30S ribosomal subunit; also affects plasma-membrane integrity and RNA metabolism (UK SmPC, gentamicin eye/ear drops).
- Prednisolone: Binds glucocorticoid receptors suppressing inflammatory gene expression.
