كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- ديكساميثازون: ناهض لمستقبلات الجلوكوكورتيكويد يُحدث تأثيرات مضادة للالتهاب ومثبطة للمناعة.جلوكوكورتيكويد صناعي (كورتيكوستيرويد)
- نيومايسين سلفات: يثبط تخليق البروتين البكتيري عبر الوحدة الريبوسومية 30S.مضاد حيوي من مجموعة الأمينوجليكوزيدات
- بوليميكسين ب سلفات: يخرّب الغشاء الخارجي للبكتيريا سالبة الجرام.مضاد حيوي من مجموعة البوليميكسين
- Dexamethasone: Glucocorticoid-receptor agonist producing anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects.
- Neomycin sulphate: Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis via the 30S ribosomal subunit.
- Polymyxin B sulphate: Disrupts the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria.
