• Common: headache, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, palpitations, tachycardia and angina pectoris. • Very common: headache, palpitations, tachycardia. Common: dizziness, angina symptoms, hypotension, flushing, nasal congestion, gastrointestinal disturbances (diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting), arthralgia, myalgia, joint swelling and SLE-like syndrome (sometimes fatal). Rare: blood dyscrasias, hypersensitivity reactions including vasculitis, hepatitis/jaundice, heart failure, proteinuria/haematuria with glomerulonephritis.
