كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

فونوبرازان: حاصر حمض تنافسي مع البوتاسيوم: يثبط إنزيم H+,K+-ATPase في الخلية الجدارية بشكل تنافسي مع البوتاسيوم فيقلل الإفراز الحمضي القاعدي والمحفَّز؛ ولا يحتاج إلى تنشيط بالحمض (النشرة الأمريكية).حاصر حمض تنافسي مع البوتاسيوم

Vonoprazan: Potassium-competitive acid blocker: inhibits the parietal-cell H+,K+-ATPase in a potassium-competitive manner, suppressing basal and stimulated acid secretion; does not require activation by acid (US label).
