كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

موبيروسين: يثبط إنزيم إيزوليوسيل-tRNA سينثيتاز البكتيري فيوقف تخليق البروتين؛ كابح عند التركيز المثبط الأدنى ومبيد عند التركيزات الموضعية؛ امتصاص جهازي ضئيل ويتحول إلى حمض المونيك غير الفعال.مضاد حيوي موضعي (مثبط لإيزوليوسيل-tRNA سينثيتاز)

Mupirocin: Inhibits bacterial isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase, arresting protein synthesis; bacteriostatic at MIC, bactericidal at topical concentrations; minimal systemic absorption, metabolised to inactive monic acid.
