كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- أملوديبين: يثبط دخول الكالسيوم عبر الأغشية إلى العضلات الملساء الوعائية وعضلة القلب؛ موسع للشرايين الطرفية.حاصر لقنوات الكالسيوم من فئة ثنائي هيدروبيريدين
- Amlodipine: Inhibits transmembrane calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle; peripheral arterial vasodilator.
