كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- كانديسارتان سيليكسيتيل: طليعة دواء تتحلل إلى كانديسارتان أثناء الامتصاص؛ ويحجب ارتباط الأنجيوتنسين II بمستقبلات AT1 انتقائيًا.حاصر لمستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين II (مضاد AT1)، طليعة دواء
- هيدروكلوروثيازيد: يزيد إخراج الصوديوم والكلوريد عبر الكلى فيقلل حجم الدم داخل الأوعية.مدر للبول من الثيازيدات
- Candesartan cilexetil: Prodrug hydrolysed to candesartan during absorption; candesartan selectively blocks angiotensin II binding to the AT1 receptor.
- Hydrochlorothiazide: Promotes renal excretion of sodium and chloride, reducing intravascular volume.
