كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- أموكسيسيلين: مضاد بيتا لاكتام قاتل للبكتيريا يثبط تخليق جدار الخلية البكتيرية أثناء التكاثر النشط؛ ويُثبَّط بإنزيمات بيتا لاكتاماز (النشرة الأمريكية، القسم 12.4).بنسلين أميني (مضاد بكتيري من مجموعة بيتا لاكتام)
- حمض الكلافولانيك: مركب بيتا لاكتام يعطل بعض إنزيمات بيتا لاكتاماز فيحمي الأموكسيسيلين من التكسير.مثبط لإنزيم بيتا لاكتاماز
- Amoxicillin: Bactericidal beta-lactam that inhibits bacterial cell-wall biosynthesis during active multiplication; inactivated by beta-lactamases (US label, section 12.4).
- Clavulanic acid: Beta-lactam that inactivates some beta-lactamases, protecting amoxicillin from degradation.
