Not a clotting agent per se; overzealous vitamin K may restore thromboembolic risk if anticoagulation still indicated. Does not counteract heparin. Avoid oral route if absorption impaired. فيتامين ك1 (فيتوميناديون): عامل مساعد لنزع الكربوكسيل غاما في الكبد لعوامل التخثر II وVII وIX وX.فيتامين ذائب في الدهون / تعويض فيتامين ك

Vitamin K1 (phytomenadione / phytonadione): Cofactor for hepatic gamma-carboxylation of clotting factors II, VII, IX and X.
