• Avoid NSAIDs including ketorolac in pregnant women at about 30 weeks gestation and later (premature closure of the fetal ductus arteriosus); if use is needed between about 20 and 30 weeks, limit to the lowest dose and shortest duration (risk of fetal renal dysfunction and oligohydramnios).
