• Mostly histamine-related: skin flush (about 5%), erythema, itching, wheezing/bronchial secretions and hives; changes in blood pressure and heart rate. • Severe anaphylactic reactions to neuromuscular blocking agents, including fatal ones, have been reported; cross-reactivity between agents possible.
