- فافيبيرافير: يُستقلب داخل الخلايا إلى شكله ثلاثي فوسفات الريبوزيل (فافيبيرافير RTP) الذي يثبط انتقائياً بوليميراز الحمض النووي الريبي المشارك في تكاثر فيروس الإنفلونزا؛ وأظهر تأثيراً تثبيطياً ضئيلاً على بوليميرازات الحمض النووي البشرية ألفا وبيتا وغاما.مثبط لإنزيم بوليميراز الحمض النووي الريبي الفيروسي (طليعة دواء من البيرازين كربوكساميد)
- Favipiravir: Metabolised in cells to its ribosyl triphosphate form (favipiravir RTP), which selectively inhibits the RNA polymerase involved in influenza viral replication; it showed little inhibitory effect on human DNA polymerases alpha, beta and gamma.
