كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- إبراتروبيوم بروميد: يحصر المستقبلات المسكارينية في العضلات الملساء للشعب الهوائية فيقلل الانقباض القصبي الناتج عن العصب المبهم، مع امتصاص جهازي ضئيل عند الاستنشاق.مضاد للكولين (مضاد للمستقبلات المسكارينية)، مركب أمونيوم رباعي
- سالبوتامول: ينشط مستقبلات بيتا-2 الأدرينالية في العضلات الملساء للمجاري الهوائية فيزيد AMP الحلقي ويسبب توسع الشعب الهوائية.ناهض قصير المفعول لمستقبلات بيتا-2 الأدرينالية
- Ipratropium bromide: Blocks muscarinic receptors in bronchial smooth muscle, reducing vagally mediated bronchoconstriction; minimal systemic absorption when inhaled.
- Salbutamol: Stimulates beta-2 adrenergic receptors in airway smooth muscle, increasing cyclic AMP and causing bronchodilation.
