Use during pregnancy only if clearly needed. كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • فيراباميل هيدروكلوريد: يثبط تدفق الكالسيوم (وربما الصوديوم) عبر القنوات البطيئة إلى الخلايا القلبية الموصلة والمنقبضة والعضلات الملساء الوعائية؛ يبطئ التوصيل عبر العقدة الأذينية البطينية ويطيل فترة الحران الفعالة فيها بطريقة مرتبطة بالمعدل.حاجز لقنوات الكالسيوم من فئة فينيل ألكيل أمين (مثبط للقناة البطيئة)
  • Verapamil hydrochloride: Inhibits calcium (and possibly sodium) influx through slow channels into conductile and contractile myocardial cells and vascular smooth muscle; slows AV conduction and prolongs the AV nodal effective refractory period in a rate-related manner.
