كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- هيدرومورفون هيدروكلوريد: مشتق شبه مخلق (كيتون مهدرج) من المورفين؛ ناهض أساساً لمستقبلات مو الأفيونية مع ألفة ضعيفة لمستقبلات كابا، ويعمل على المستقبلات الأفيونية في الجهاز العصبي المركزي وأنسجة أخرى.ناهض للمستقبلات الأفيونية (مو)، مشتق من قلويدات الأفيون
- Hydromorphone hydrochloride: Semi-synthetic hydrogenated ketone of morphine; principally a mu-opioid receptor agonist with weak affinity for kappa receptors, acting on opioid receptors in the CNS and other tissues.
