  • Hypersensitivity to ketorolac; active, recent or history of peptic ulcer disease or GI bleeding/perforation; asthma, urticaria or allergic-type reactions after aspirin or other NSAIDs; prophylactic analgesia before major surgery; CABG surgery setting; advanced renal impairment or risk of renal failure from volume depletion; labor and delivery; suspected or confirmed cerebrovascular bleeding, haemorrhagic diathesis, incomplete haemostasis or high bleeding risk; current aspirin or NSAID use; concomitant probenecid or pentoxifylline.International label, same formulation · DailyMed (U.S. National Library of Medicine)

  • Ketorolac tromethamine: Ketorolac tromethamine is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (pyrrolizine carboxylic acid derivative) with analgesic activity; it inhibits prostaglandin synthesis.
