كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- أكسيد الألومنيوم: مضاد حموضة يحتوي على الألومنيوم
- هيدروكسيد المغنيسيوم: يعادل حمض المعدة؛ ويحتجز المغنيسيوم غير الممتص الماء في الأمعاء أسموزياً وقد يسبب تأثيراً مليناً.مضاد حموضة يحتوي على المغنيسيوم
- Aluminium oxide:
- Magnesium hydroxide: Neutralises gastric acid; unabsorbed magnesium retains water in the bowel osmotically and may have a laxative effect.
