كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- برومهكسين: يزيد الجزء المصلي من الإفراز القصبي ويقلل لزوجة المخاط وينشّط الظهارة الهدبية.مذيب للبلغم (مفرز)
- جوايفينيسين: طارد للبلغم
- Bromhexine: Increases the serous proportion of bronchial secretion, reduces mucus viscosity and activates ciliated epithelium.
