NIH ODS Tolerable Upper Intake Levels for vitamin C are 400 mg/day (1-3 years), 650 mg/day (4-8 years), 1,200 mg/day (9-13 years), 1,800 mg/day (14-18 years) and 2,000 mg/day (adults).
