كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- يكوّن روابط متصالبة داخل سلسلة الحمض النووي (غالباً عند غوانين N7) فيثبط التضاعف والنسخ ويؤدي إلى موت الخلايا الورمية الحساسة.عامل مضاد للأورام قائم على البلاتين (شبيه بالعوامل المؤلكلة)
- Cisplatin: Forms intra-strand DNA cross-links (primarily guanine N7), inhibiting DNA replication and transcription, leading to apoptosis of susceptible tumour cells.
