كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • بريجابالين: يرتبط بألفة عالية بالوحدة المساعدة ألفا2-دلتا لقنوات الكالسيوم المعتمدة على الجهد في الجهاز العصبي المركزي؛ ولا يرتبط بمستقبلات GABA-A أو GABA-B أو البنزوديازيبين (النشرة الأمريكية).من الجابابنتينويدات (يرتبط بالوحدة ألفا2-دلتا لقنوات الكالسيوم؛ مشابه لحمض الجابا)
  • Pregabalin: Binds with high affinity to the alpha2-delta auxiliary subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in CNS tissue; does not bind GABA-A/GABA-B or benzodiazepine receptors (US label).
