- Inhibits bacterial isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase, blocking bacterial protein synthesis (per US label: RNA synthetase inhibitor antibacterial).
- Mupirocin: Inhibits bacterial isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase, blocking bacterial protein synthesis (per US label: RNA synthetase inhibitor antibacterial).
