- سيماجلوتايد: نظير لهرمون GLP-1 (تشابه 94% مع GLP-1 البشري) يرتبط بمستقبل GLP-1 وينشطه، فيزيد إفراز الأنسولين المعتمد على الجلوكوز ويؤخر إفراغ المعدة.ناهض مستقبلات GLP-1
- Semaglutide: GLP-1 analogue (94% homology with human GLP-1) that selectively binds and activates the GLP-1 receptor, increasing glucose-dependent insulin secretion and delaying gastric emptying.
