كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- سورافينيب: يثبط عدة كينازات داخل الخلية وعلى سطحها مشاركة في إشارات الخلايا الورمية وتكوين الأوعية والموت الخلوي المبرمج.مثبط كينازات متعددة
- Sorafenib: Inhibits multiple intracellular (CRAF, BRAF, mutant BRAF) and cell-surface kinases (KIT, FLT-3, RET, VEGFR-1/2/3, PDGFR-beta) involved in tumour cell signalling, angiogenesis and apoptosis.
