Spiramycin 1.5 MIU film-coated tablet (Unipharma).

• Very common: occasional transient paraesthesia. Common: abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, gastralgia, diarrhoea, pseudomembranous colitis, rash, transient dysgeusia. Very rare: liver test abnormalities.
