كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- لينزوليد: يرتبط بالحمض الريبي الريبوسومي 23S في الوحدة 50S البكتيرية ويمنع تكوين معقد البدء 70S فيثبط تخليق البروتين؛ وهو أيضاً مثبط عكسي غير انتقائي لأحادي الأمين أوكسيداز.مضاد بكتيري من فئة الأوكسازوليدينون
- Linezolid: Binds the 23S ribosomal RNA of the bacterial 50S subunit and prevents formation of a functional 70S initiation complex, inhibiting protein synthesis; also a reversible nonselective MAO inhibitor (US ZYVOX label).
