- Very common: extrapyramidal symptoms (tremor, rigidity, hypokinesia, hypersalivation, akathisia). Common: acute dystonia, somnolence, insomnia, anxiety, agitation, orgasmic dysfunction, blurred vision, constipation, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, increased plasma prolactin (galactorrhoea, amenorrhoea, gynaecomastia, breast pain, erectile dysfunction), hypotension. Uncommon: seizures, tardive dyskinesia, bradycardia, confusion. كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- أميسولبرايد: يرتبط انتقائيًا بمستقبلات الدوبامين D2 وD3؛ في الجرعات المنخفضة يحجب المستقبلات قبل المشبكية بشكل تفضيلي، وفي الجرعات الأعلى يحجب المستقبلات بعد المشبكية خاصة في الجهاز الحوفي (النشرة البريطانية).مضاد ذهان من البنزاميدات المستبدلة (مضاد انتقائي لمستقبلات الدوبامين D2/D3)
- Amisulpride: Binds selectively to dopaminergic D2 and D3 receptors; at low doses preferentially blocks presynaptic D2/D3 receptors, at higher doses postsynaptic receptors, particularly in the limbic system (UK SmPC).
