كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

إمباجليفلوزين: يثبط الناقل SGLT2 في النبيبات الكلوية القريبة فيقلل إعادة امتصاص الجلوكوز المرشح ويخفض العتبة الكلوية للجلوكوز، مما يزيد إطراح الجلوكوز في البول (النشرة الأمريكية).مثبط للناقل المشترك للصوديوم والجلوكوز من النوع 2

Empagliflozin: Inhibits SGLT2 in the proximal renal tubule, reducing renal reabsorption of filtered glucose and lowering the renal threshold for glucose, thereby increasing urinary glucose excretion (US label).
