كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- سيميتيدين: مضاد تنافسي لمستقبلات H2 على الخلايا الجدارية؛ يقلل إفراز الحمض.مضاد لمستقبلات الهيستامين H2
- Cimetidine: Competitive antagonist at histamine H2 receptors on gastric parietal cells; reduces acid secretion.
