اينالاب (إنالابريل) 20 مجم أقراص، علبة 10 أقراص، إيبيكو؛ مثبط لإنزيم تحويل الأنجيوتنسين خافض للضغط.
Enalap (enalapril) 20 mg tablets, box of 10 tablets, EIPICO; ACE inhibitor antihypertensive.

كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- إنالابريل ماليات: يثبط إنزيم تحويل الأنجيوتنسين فيقل تكوين الأنجيوتنسين II وإفراز الألدوستيرون وتنخفض المقاومة المحيطية.مثبط لإنزيم تحويل الأنجيوتنسين
- Enalapril maleate: Inhibits ACE, reducing angiotensin II formation and aldosterone secretion, lowering peripheral resistance.
