كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • كاناغليفلوزين: يثبط ناقل SGLT2 المسؤول عن إعادة امتصاص معظم الجلوكوز المرشح في الكلى، فيزيد إفراز الجلوكوز في البول.مثبط لناقل الصوديوم والجلوكوز المشترك 2
  • Canagliflozin: Inhibits SGLT2, the transporter responsible for reabsorbing most filtered glucose in the kidney, so increasing urinary glucose excretion.
