كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- ديجوكسين: يثبط مضخة الصوديوم-البوتاسيوم فيزيد الكالسيوم داخل خلايا القلب وقوة الانقباض؛ كما يزيد التوتر المبهمي فيبطئ التوصيل في العقدة الأذينية البطينية.جليكوزيد قلبي (مثبط مضخة الصوديوم-البوتاسيوم)
- Digoxin: Inhibits Na+/K+-ATPase (the sodium pump), increasing intracellular calcium and myocardial contractility; also increases vagal tone, slowing AV-node conduction.
