• Amlodipine: Inhibits transmembrane calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle; peripheral arterial vasodilator.
• Atorvastatin: Inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, reducing hepatic cholesterol synthesis and increasing hepatic LDL-receptor uptake of LDL.
