كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

ماغالدرات: يعمل موضعياً في الجهاز الهضمي دون نشاط جهازي يُذكر؛ يتفاعل مع الحمض على مراحل (يتحول الهيدروكسي مغنيسيوم سريعاً إلى أيون مغنيسيوم والألومينات إلى هيدروكسيد ألومنيوم مائي يتفاعل ببطء ليعطي تأثيراً ممتداً) (ملخص الخصائص الأيرلندي، على مستوى المادة).مضاد حموضة من معقد هيدروكسيد الألومنيوم والمغنيسيوم
ديميثيكون: يخفض التوتر السطحي لفقاعات الغاز في الجهاز الهضمي فتتجمع الفقاعات الصغيرة وتُطرد بالتجشؤ أو الريح (نص علم الأدوية في دليل دواء مصر/dw2.org).عامل مضاد للرغوة / مضاد للانتفاخ (بوليمر سيليكوني)

Magaldrate: Acts locally in the GI tract with no appreciable systemic activity; reacts with acid in stages (hydroxymagnesium rapidly to magnesium ion; aluminate to hydrated aluminium hydroxide, which reacts more slowly for a sustained antacid effect) (Irish SmPC, ingredient level).
