نابيوتون 500 مجم أقراص مغلفة (October Pharma > Pharmagin-Egypt): نابوميتون، مضاد التهاب غير ستيرويدي (طليعة دواء يتحول إلى 6-MNA الفعال)؛ عبوة 10 قرص.

Nabutone 500 mg film-coated tablets (October Pharma > Pharmagin-Egypt): nabumetone, a non-acidic NSAID prodrug (active metabolite 6-MNA); pack of 10 tablets.

كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • نابوميتون: طليعة دواء تتحول في الكبد إلى حمض 6-ميثوكسي-2-نفثيل أسيتيك الذي يثبط تخليق البروستاجلاندينات.مضاد التهاب غير ستيرويدي (طليعة دواء غير حمضية؛ المستقلب الفعال 6-MNA)
  • Nabumetone: Prodrug converted in the liver to 6-methoxy-2-naphthylacetic acid (6MNA), which inhibits prostaglandin synthesis.
