نابوكسان 500 مجم أقراص مغلفة (Unipharma Co.): نابوميتون، مضاد التهاب غير ستيرويدي (طليعة دواء يتحول إلى 6-MNA الفعال)؛ عبوة 20 قرص.

Nabuxan 500 mg coated tablets (Unipharma Co.): nabumetone, a non-acidic NSAID prodrug (active metabolite 6-MNA); pack of 20 tablets.

  • نابوميتون: طليعة دواء تتحول في الكبد إلى حمض 6-ميثوكسي-2-نفثيل أسيتيك الذي يثبط تخليق البروستاجلاندينات.مضاد التهاب غير ستيرويدي (طليعة دواء غير حمضية؛ المستقلب الفعال 6-MNA)
  • Nabumetone: Prodrug converted in the liver to 6-methoxy-2-naphthylacetic acid (6MNA), which inhibits prostaglandin synthesis.
